   1. Providing legal services and business consulting to clients, i.e. Preparation of an offer, conclusion and execution of a contract (art.6(1)(b) RODO),
   2. Fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Law Firm, for example, in order to issue
      and storage of invoices and accounting documents (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA).
   3. resulting from the legitimate interests of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) RODO) such as handling civil and enforcement proceedings, administrative proceedings, criminal proceedings, handling internal processes related to the conduct of business,
   4. marketing of products and services offered by the Administrator, including sending commercial information by electronic means or making telephone calls for marketing purposes – respectively, in connection with Art. 10 paragraph. 2 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services or Art. 172 para. 1 of the Act of July 16, 2004 – Telecommunications Law, upon your separate consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO);
4. Period of processing of personal data
   Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing indicated above, i.e.:
   1. until the expiration of the statute of limitations related to the contract to which the processing of personal data is related;
   2. until the relevant legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller related to the processing of specific data are realized;
   3. Until the expiration of deadlines related to the statute of limitations for obligations under the law;
   4. until you object or withdraw your consent with respect to processing for marketing purposes.

7. Voluntariness of providing data and consequences of not providing personal data
   Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the contract and for the fulfillment of the Administrator’s obligations under the law.Depending on the circumstances, refusal to provide data or a request for deletion of data may prevent the Administrator, in particular, from contacting you, providing you with information about the events and activities of the Law Firm or performing the service.
8. Transfer of personal data to other entities
   Your personal data will be shared only with entities authorized by law or by a data processing entrustment agreement with the Administrator. On a contractual basis, the Administrator may entrust data to entities directly or indirectly related to the Administrator, in particular in an organizational or personal way, located in one of the Member States of the European Union.Recipients of your data may also be external service providers (including IT services, accounting, auditors and auditors, lawyers) and administrative authorities, government services and courts. The above-mentioned service providers will in any case be obliged to maintain the confidentiality of your personal data and to process it in accordance with data protection regulations.
