Our experience based on many years of practice in providing services to construction companies, including all participants in the construction process, and conducting a very large number of proceedings, both administrative and judicial (including before arbitration courts). We provide services to both private companies and public entities.

We participated in the development of a model (template) subcontract agreement submitted for consultation with the Directorate General for National Roads and Motorways.
