Ms. Malinowska provides legal services in the field of construction works and investments, as well as public procurement law. Graduate of the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration. Wawrzyniec Malinowski has many years of experience in providing services to business entities, since 2001 as an employee of a Kraków law firm, and since 2011 as a partner and managing partner in Malinowski i Wspólnicy. Mr. Malinowski deals with procedural law, in particular with bankruptcy proceedings and compensation proceedings. Having been a receiver since 2006, he has also had practical experience in bankruptcy law.
His experience has allowed him to specialize in the process of restructuring companies, both in-court and out-of-court. As an attorney and legal adviser, he has participated in several arrangement proceedings since 2009. He has experience in negotiations with financial institutions. As part of the legal assistance provided, Wawrzyniec cooperates with specialists in management and finance, supporting non-legal processes of implementation of changes in restructured entities.
Simultaneously, he practises procedural law, with particular emphasis on proceedings related to the liability of bodies managing capital companies.
At the Law Firm, he is in charge of the restructuring proceedings practice. He also supervises the most complex enforcement proceedings.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, with a major in Law. In 2006, Michał Krygowski completed his judicial training and in the same year he was entered on the list of legal advisers by the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków.
He has been practicing as a legal adviser since 2007. He has many years of experience in providing services to business entities and individuals.
Since 2018, he has been a partner in the law firm Malinowscy i Wspólnicy. Adwokaci i Radcowie Prawni Spółka Partnerska w Krakowie.
He specializes in civil law, both procedural and substantive, as well as commercial companies law.

Angelina Krztoń has worked with the law firm of Malinowscy i Wspólnicy since 2015. She began her career with us as Assistant to the Board, in the role of proxy. In November 2018, she was appointed President of the Board.
A graduate of the Pedagogical University of Kraków, she specialised in Security and Defence Management.
At the law firm of Malinowscy i Wspólnicy she directs and manages the operations of the company, assigning and coordinating current projects and supervising the completion of tasks.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (2nd and 3rd degree law studies). Dawid Dąbrowski completed his legal training at the Kraków Bar Association at one of Kraków’s legal firms and passed the bar exam 2013. In the same year, he received his doctorate in law.
He provides legal services in the field of civil and commercial law, primarily with particular emphasis on contract law between civil law actors, as well as in the area of providing advice on optimal systemic solutions in commercial law companies.
He has practical experience in the application of civil law regulations - contract law both before and after the conclusion of contracts and enforcement of civil law claims at the pre-litigation stage as well as in the course of court or enforcement proceedings. He successfully supports clients in the course of negotiations, as well as in the course of enforced receivables in civil proceedings.
Mr Dąbrowski is the author of a number of publications on criminal procedural law and a participant in many discussion panels during scientific conferences.
