We have many years of experience in representing clients in proceedings concerning the liability of members of company management boards to creditors (under company law, bankruptcy law and tax ordinance) as well as in criminal proceedings and in proceedings concerning prohibition to conduct business activity.

For years we have also represented our clients in auxiliary proceedings conducted in order to enforce receivables awarded to our clients – for example, actio Pauliana fraudulent conveyance proceedings (i.e. proceedings which protect the creditor from the actions of the debtor aimed at disposing of property which could satisfy the creditor’s claims) as well as other proceedings against our clients’ debtors’ debtors conducted in order to effectively recover the client’s receivables.

Our law firm also has extensive experience in cases held in permanent arbitration courts, in particular in the Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and ad hoc arbitration courts.
